It then cleans your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of which areas need extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it is about robots that can combine mopping and vacuuming the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are as good as those found on more expensive models. And its mopping system is superior because its spinning pads scrub floors more efficiently than an ordinary pad that vibrates.
The only drawback is the lack of a second brush for more thorough cleaning. However, that's not a major issue if you want to own one of the top robots available. The dust tank on the robovac is larger than its competitors, and filling it up only takes two or three cycles even when you have maximum dirt.
As for the mopping device, I was impressed with its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the bin hidden in the background and washes and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app will only inform you when something is wrong, such as the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to the bin being full.
You can also design and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is helpful for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home or if you need to regularly remove clutter, such as toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers during my tests, taking dirt from carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It is able to even remove wet spills however I would recommend wiping them dry with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo with all the features you can wish for. It has a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also comes with a sensor that detects obstacles more accurately which allows it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.
